  • Inside Sales/Customer Support

    Inside Sales/Customer Support

    Our Expectations of the role of Territory Manager:

    • • Responsible for handling inbound calls from patients generated through physicians’ offices or marketing programs
    • • Respond to emails from customers and business partners
    • • Required to explain Smart Insulin Delivery to patients, discuss how the InPen system works, and describe the supplies associated with InPen
    • • Promote and sell InPen to prospective customers
    • • Master features, benefits, and value of product and present information to patients and healthcare providers utilizing appropriate situational sales methodology
    • • Represent Companion Medical at local and regional trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote our products to the diabetes community
    • • Troubleshoot and seek solutions to questions about the InPen system from current customers
    • • Identify workable solutions to a variety of technical questions and act to resolve
    • • Ability to multi-task and communicate with a variety of different touch-points including, but not limited to: field sales, other corporate departments, patients, insurance providers, and personnel at physician’s offices
    • • Provide frequent feedback and suggestions to support an environment of continuous process improvement
    • • Keep an open line of communication with engineering team to ensure all customer technical support questions are properly addressed in product development
    • • Perform a broad range of complex and challenging sales and service related duties and administrative tasks
    • • Accountable for appropriate documentation, sample & promotional material fulfillment, follow up, and any additional actions to ensure a superior customer service experience
    • • Ensure timely and appropriate communication occurs with sales professionals in the field
    • • Assumes and performs other duties as assigned
    • • Flexible schedule may be required at times

    • • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
    • • Passionate about helping patients in the diabetes space
    • • Work overtime when required
    • • Self-motivated and independent work ethic

    What you need for this position:

    • • BS/BA from a four-year college or university plus at least 1-year of related industry experience, preferably in the areas of diabetes or medical device. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
    • • Willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or evening work.
  • Marketing Associate

    Marketing Associate


    Our expectations for the role of Marketing Associate:

    • • Keep marketing material up to date based on new products, product improvements, and changes in messaging                  
    • • Update brochures, fact sheets, advertisements, flyers, invitations, labels, and other various marketing content

      • Create new marketing material for both patients and healthcare providers

      • Respond to emails from customers and business partners

      • Modify and update the company webpage

      • Create email marketing campaigns

      • Manage the company presence on social media

      • Set up and optimize pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

      • Continually implement new social advertising and engagement

      • Create engaging posts and promotions to achieve desired results

      • Interact with customers and potential customers via social media in a professional manner

      • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for social media engagement

      • Develop and present monthly analytical reports to company management on all marketing initiatives

      • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

      • Represent Companion Medical at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote our products to the diabetes community

      • Ability to multi-task and communicate with a variety of different touch-points including, but not limited to: field sales, other corporate departments, and business partners

      • Provide frequent feedback and suggestions to support an environment of continuous process improvement

      • Coordinate corporate travel and event planning

      • Manage registration and scheduling of national, regional, and local trade shows

      • Work closely with exhibitor relations to ensure ideal trade show operations

      • Coordinate logistics for conferences to ensure all graphics and components are successfully delivered and assembled

      • Assume and perform other duties as assigned

    • Ability to operate independently

    What you need for this position:

    • • BS/BA from a four-year college or university plus at least 2 years of related industry experience, preferably in the areas of diabetes or medical device. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

      • Willingness work weekends, evenings, or overnight stay when required due to participation at a conference

      • Experience with HootSuite and other content management systems and digital marketing tools

      • Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns

      • Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills
